Be angry if you must
It's okay to be angry and express it civilly.
You don't need to justify your anger if you have been legitimately wronged.
If the reason is not obvious to whoever is present, it's up to you to decide if and when you need to talk about it.
Don't allow anyone rush you into explaining why you are angry because, if it's not their hurt they may never understand your pain.
The last place you need people's validation, is in the expression of your hurt
Stop giving people the power to decide how and when you express anger
Don't let anyone make you feel like you are a terrible person because you got angry or expressed hurt
Stop hiding your anger
Don't pretend and smile when you really wanna frown
Let the anger out
Let them see it and maybe they can start respecting your feelings, or at least acknowledge it.
It's not a crime to be angry, it's an emotion
Take responsibility for your anger but don't be responsible for how people react when you genuinely express it.
