*Speciation Hitchhike*

In the 40th century, technology was at it's peak. So much innovation, beautiful artistry, magnificent sculptures, creative buildings, and as well new ailments.

The world looked very beautiful and creative. Aside the things witnessed, was the colony of the moon (it became our second planet) by scientists, specifically with the use of advanced biotechnology - where people traveled to for tourism and some other persons live and work there .

It is said by tourists that life in the moon is way better than earth, as there is a lower gravity, a colder  environment, with time slower in the moon compared to earth, as well as many noiseless heavy machines working 24 hours to manufacture products that are exported to the earth.

It was easier to manage the moon and the earth, making the existence of life a dual-planet existence.

Man have developed several drugs to combat ailments that have been lethargic in the previous millenniums and so many vectors have been driven into extinction through gene drive technology, natural selection,  mutation etc.

Another beautiful scenario is the stack of fossils that form the sedimentary tokal rock that seems to be the biggest rock ever.

Meanwhile, we're still left with new diseases to combat which seem impossible to cure. Although all previous forms of cancer have been eliminated using RNA interference and CRISPR cas20; there is however a new set of cancer cells that have evolved with much more tolerance than their ancestors; this time, melting the organs affected after 73 hours.

The disease is called exp42ix and has aborted all forms of genomic science and medicine. The only way the victim can survive it is by making clones of the victim called replicas upon early diagnosis of the ailment. At least, natural death can be reversed using 4D bio-printing of organs down to the system level of complexity, and late loved ones can be brought back to life through cloning.

It was noticed that due to emission of powerful POP's (Persistent Organic Chemicals) into the atmosphere, the ozone layer has become weaker and we can feel the heat of the sun getting closer, though we have adapted quite well over the years via molting( renewing of our skin periodically after much sunshine), development of some adaptive features like : white pupils to repel sunlight in the day and blue pupils for efficient vision at night; but this won't last for long. Livelihood  was getting worse and human was in the danger of extinction.

Man resolved to mating with avian-sapiens  in a bid to keep posterity (manlike creatures with wings. A hybrid of human with moon mermaids and inhabitants) and we awaited the total extinction of man patiently. Sooner than expected, the ozone layer got weak and collapsed allowing the ultra violet rays from the sun to shine directly on the earth, causing a highly effective exp42ix which melted every human on earth except for aviansapiens who had a better gene pool and allelic frequency. They flew to the moon and began another life there.

The earth has collapsed and man is now a soup of metabolites and atoms, bubbling in repeated solutions. It's like a big bang and every nonliving matter were reduced to their constituent ions by the heat of the sun.

Aviansapiens in the moon began a war with the humans that lived and worked there, killing all of them. They thought man's industrialization there was becoming intense and they feared another big bang might happen in the moon and wipe out their race. They cross bred and gave birth to a modified species of  aviansapien. All beautiful creatures with none ugly. This newly birthed species of aviansapiens had high tolerance to all forms of disease and ailment. Each having a life span of about a thousand years.

In the second century of the aviansapien reign in the moon, genetics took a better form. It was discovered that aviansapiens have a chromosome of 69 for the haploid cells and 138 for a diploid, accounting for their longevity. The soup of metabolites on earth were discovered to have a very distinct and powerful nucleic acid which was used for experimental processes to better the life in the moon. This they called MNA (Manolized Nucleic Acid). It replaced the DNA (Deoxyribonucleic Acid) and RNA (Ribonucleic Acid) that was the basic unit of inheritance and synthesis of protein for life on earth.

Aviansapiens in the moon became the speciation of homosapiens, just as pollution and mutation hitchhiked the lives on earth.

Will man evolve again?

----------------------------------------
This is a science fiction and seeks to address the issue of world pollution and toxicology problems. It is written from a place of concern for the benefit of man kind and indirectly asserts the usage of green energy to reduce the possible risks of speciation hitchhiker as mutation and genetic drift.

If we can make it green enough, our children can remain evergreen...

I am not afraid of the storm Facing it alone isn't something I would lose sleep over But I want to conquer with you Set anarchy to never after Bring liberty to forever more Alone we are survivors, caging the fiercest waves Swimming the deepest seas But, hand in hand we would drown the ocean You and I, we would drink the rivers dry And spit out islands Kingdavid Chinaeke Ofunne Authorpreneur

I hate my Job

Warning: Strong adult content 18+ I hate my job My boss, Miss Patricia, is a tyrant 40+, beautiful angelic face and even more perfect body, with a lovely smile, that she hardly uses, single mom of two beautiful teenage girls, whose pictures are hung everywhere in our offices. While her exterior is sweet and beautiful, her interior is dark and evil. Always barking orders at the rest of us, like children, her voice is so loud you wonder where she has the energy to scream in such a high note all the damn time She is so feared, her car horn is enough to immediately drown whatever noise or laughter is coming from the entire building The popular saying among us, her staff members, is that the fear of Patricia's horn is the beginning of wisdom I spent years searching for a job in the streets of Lagos, begging even, embarrassed by security men and spat at by lousy and saucy receptionists, to quit this one just like that. We die here! I was prepared to eat shit for as long as I could, so I ...

Riotous Love

I have always found Tony, my boyfriend, fascinating His write-ups and rants about bad governance and patriarchy got me wet and awestruck every single time I visited his timeline  Whenever he wrote a piece on Facebook and Twitter, he got thousands of likes and comments I always read every comment, especially from women who were mesmerized by his writing prowess I was once part of such women until I decided to shoot my shot, and, like cupid, I hit him straight in the heart A simple "Hello, I've read and enjoyed all your stories, maybe you could write ours someday, hope I'm not overreaching?" I had to drink almost a full bottle of bailey's to find courage for that stunt, and today, we are celebrating 8 months of the best love story ever. He was my Mr. Perfect, everything I could ever ask for and more It wasn't surprising when he asked me to join him and go for the peaceful protest here in Lagos, and like a love-struck puppy, quickly I jumped up and said yes That ...
