One Manhood doesn't define all Mankind

Society today has gone bankrupt

It has created a void

Patriarchal society has dissolved into something worse

It has created a monster

Misandrism

It now seems like women now wear this tag subconsciously

Like a wig of madness

From feminism, we are evolving into misandry

Funny enough, a misandrist is educated, refined, beautiful, a philanthropist even, successful and presumably intelligent.

She probably earns more

Travels more

Works twice as hard as every man and woman

Probably Knows more too

Yet treat you with scorn and shit

Because you have a dick and because you are not successful enough

She probably dated men lower than her IQ, status and class

What she saw in them reflected her past and fears

She saw her past and in a sick way was drawn and attracted to it just maybe to conquer it

Or she saw herself as she is now...powerful and stronger, therefore she flexes her muscles on the man that has lost his patriarchal privileges.

It cuts across tribe, religion and traditions

Most of these women see you as nothing until you wife them, then they really see you

Placing standards even angels would cower underneath

Setting expectations even spirits would cringe

God help their staffs and those working under, or for them

Your gender alone disqualifies and puts you in a bad light

Your penis makes you public enemy number one

It won't kill you to show love to other men just like you show your husband

We read news of pedophiles, kidnappers, rapists and robbers daily

But they don't work for you, we do

Don't pour out your venom on the first scapegoat you find working for you

You don't get to decide the fate of mankind because you feel wronged by manhood

One manhood doesn't define all mankind

You don't get to make that decision.

No woman should have the power to label all men

We know your kind have suffered

We suffer too under you

Even on top, we still suffer

Let's suffer in peace and not in conflict

If you can treat your father, brother, uncle and son right... It's not a disease....it's a decision!

Don't powder your ego with too much discrimination

It's toxic

The only time you long for the glory of mankind is in your bedroom

The only time you recognize the male hardness is when you are wet to the core

Then you find power in the tip of orgasm

And after you cum, humanity goes

The only humane man in her world, is the one in her life

It's sadistic

Choose to do right

Else no matter how beautiful you look on the outside, you will still smell like shit

Shit is important, we all shit and if you can't shit, you aren't healthy

Yet nobody loves shit because it smells and makes you uncomfortable.

I am not afraid of the storm Facing it alone isn't something I would lose sleep over But I want to conquer with you Set anarchy to never after Bring liberty to forever more Alone we are survivors, caging the fiercest waves Swimming the deepest seas But, hand in hand we would drown the ocean You and I, we would drink the rivers dry And spit out islands Kingdavid Chinaeke Ofunne Authorpreneur

Solomon's Lair!

Rated 18 Solomon's lair  I almost refused to go for the birthday party this year. Solomon always hosted a party every year, and as usual, I always gave the opening speech and acted as the MC too. I hated the drama and fake smiles all around. Each year, new faces present, old faces absent. New Friends present, Old friends lost, only me stagnant. I was always present as the best friend, the loyal soldier, meanwhile I was notoriously known for not celebrating my own birthday. It was so bad that most of my friends didn't even know my date of birth, just my age. Yes, it was that bad! It was an exhausting exercise for me. The cake and speeches, by God I hated the hypocrisy. So this year I swore to him by the old gods and new, that I wasn't gonna be in the spotlight of his special day. I just wanted to drink and chill quietly in solitude. Surprisingly, without any fuss, he obliged me. ''Obi is now a man o'' I smiled. ...

Riotous Love

I have always found Tony, my boyfriend, fascinating His write-ups and rants about bad governance and patriarchy got me wet and awestruck every single time I visited his timeline  Whenever he wrote a piece on Facebook and Twitter, he got thousands of likes and comments I always read every comment, especially from women who were mesmerized by his writing prowess I was once part of such women until I decided to shoot my shot, and, like cupid, I hit him straight in the heart A simple "Hello, I've read and enjoyed all your stories, maybe you could write ours someday, hope I'm not overreaching?" I had to drink almost a full bottle of bailey's to find courage for that stunt, and today, we are celebrating 8 months of the best love story ever. He was my Mr. Perfect, everything I could ever ask for and more It wasn't surprising when he asked me to join him and go for the peaceful protest here in Lagos, and like a love-struck puppy, quickly I jumped up and said yes That ...
